Based on a true story

The true story of James (Jimmy) Passio Jr., whose tenure as a Philadelphia sheriff's lieutenant brings him commendations and local fame. Claims that in 1985 the MOVE disaster could have and should have been averted a very controversial topic in this story. But with pending changes in the department, a joyless, money-driven wife and his own gambling woes, Passio resigns in 1986 to work with his wealthy cousin Nicky. Soon, Jim Passio discovers the truth to Nicky's means a methamphetamine operation. Now as a seller, stasher and producer, Passio is fingered as an undercover law man and must flee for his life.
